wohooooooo kerilyn i think changing over to vegan is and should be ummm done baby steps ?? otherwise it would seem to me to be one heck of a change :/ i am not vegan altho i eat alot of raw foods ...but i do eat cottage cheese, chicken breast, turkey breast, egg whites and fish :/ ...so yeah a longggggggggggg way from vegan lmao ...good luck and 4 lbs is awesome !!!
