This used to be like my favorite show.(and yes, the warped pans!) I used to watch this and Essence of Emeril whenever I found them. Emeril with his bacon :) It's also interesting to see Gary emphasizing no fat and no cholesterol

I second that Food network programming needs more instruction. Most shows are about who has the biggest burger or other American food travesties,
