Circles are one of those tricks. There are so many factors, it's difficult to develop a effective method to learn them. My feeling is the best way to learn is, keep on trying and ask for everyone's opinion. Some advice will click with you and some will not at all.

I decided to start a "circle diary" to document the ups and downs of my circle practice. While it's not the best and probably not even "right" advice, it's working for me. Since I got my bike back, after an 8-month hiatus, I have been focusing on circles and making progress with each session.

Every week or so, I will be breaking down my progress in my circle diary. If you have advice, post up those comments and if you feel so inspired to do your own circle diary, the more advice that is out there, the better!

leah what about trying on a lighter bike/moped or something like that and get a feeling of af circle, it's easy to do circle's on small bike's I learned it on a yamaha aerox 50cc :) (sorry for my bad english)

@benthehillclimber Ben I think that is a great idea! Most people in Europe start on smaller bikes and I think it makes them better riders in the end!
