@KBoogs719 Perhaps CM did see the sac at that point, but maybe not much could be done to prevent it by then. Maybe modern programs are being designed to play sacrifices to increase positional gain rather than just to gain a definite win, hence the sacrifices might have been a bit speculative, combined with brute force calculation for a few moves. We can cut CM some slack here, after all, it was black against Rybka, however I did think if CM played ...cXd4 before white plays c4, black is ok

i just watched some engine rip thru the chessmaster, i mean it could not get a single advantage against it, lost it's queen in 3 out of 4 matches after some sacrifices, but the pressure it put on CM was crazy.
Amazing! Was that a predictable combination or Rybka just "guessed" that he could win sacrificing the rooks?
It's scared the level that computers took chess.

Rybka played very much like a human in this game but it did predict that by sacrificing the Rooks it would be able to gain enormous pressure on CM11.

@cs304 Oh no, not at all. My rating is something like 1400-1500.

@STJukes so where you get that rating , and how u know whats ur rating is?

@cs304 You'll need to join the "town" chess club (Sometimes you need to pay). Ask if you can get into seasonal tournament matches and depending on how your games go will depend what rating you get after the seasonal league... Or, simply go to an online chess site and play rated games against people. Once you've had about 20 games you should have an accurate elo rating.
