@fredeballade739 first what you want to do is make sure you get 1000's of views per videos or make sure you have over 1000 subscribers, then click browse up at the top of the page beside your channel name and beside the search bar, then when you get to that page go all the way to the bottom of the page you click creators & partners, then it will take you to this page and you can click become a partner, they will ask you some questions or something not totally sure, but thats practically how to.
