I said "foreigners" because i'm italian too, and probably due to the fact that i write from near the borders (friuli for italians), i simply can't recognize people i commonly see on this video, on the people i see daily.

I don't think it's staged, it really depends on the area they are from. South Italy, yup they talk like that a lot, north a lot less gestures. I'm Italian btw. Sorry again ;)
