They pointed out that he plagarized a speech the first time he ran for president

I think the second one i was referring to was "biden voted for the iraq war in 2002" followed by "he has since been a major critic of president bush's foreign policies", which seems to be portrayed negatively as flip flopping or hypocracy or something. I don't know though, and i suppose it doesn't really matter. It just struck me as slanted.
