The Informer is by profession a researcher of 40 years and worked for major 500 companies. He started the legal research into government as a whole in 1979 and went heavy into the taxation part, all phases, in 1981, and continues to this day. He is retired and uses his cognitive skills of 40 years to continue studying. His history research came about because of the government research that uncovered many inconsistencies in what people perceive to be true about government, but which is not. His inquiries and study led him to other historical researchers nationwide. These findings show governments are run by people other than the common man and woman of America and is not the "representative form" as people believe.

The Genesis of the Emergency / War Power Act

Definitions:

Specie—Gold or silver coins of the coinage of the United States. Belford v. Woodward, 158 Ill 122, 41 Ne 1097. Ballentine's Law Dictionary Third Edition, 1969.

Enemy—The status of a person as an "enemy" for the purpose of the application of the Trading with the Enemy Act is determined with reference to domicile or residence the territory of the nation which is a
belligerent against the United States rather than according to nationality, 56 Am. Jur 1st War Section 83, Ballantines Law Dictionary Third Edition, 1969.

State—In Webster's 1828 American Dictionary it defines State in 15 different ways. It is how it is defined by a particular group of people when they want it to be applied by statute. It is such a gross misrepresentation when the question is asked, "What is a State," that it is impossible to answer the question without knowing how the law makers have defined it. But the true meaning of the word State from its very origin means, "To Stand." Webster's 1828 Dict. states; "n. L. status, from sto, to stand, to be fixed. State is fixedness or standing." State in one sense means government, while State in another sense mean people for tax purposes. It also says, "Estate; possession. Now obsolete."

Estate—n. L. status, from sto, to stand. The roots stb, std and stg, have nearly the same signification, to set, to fix 1. In a general sense, fixedness; a fixed condition; now generally written and pronounced state." Webster's 1828 American Dictionary.

Again there are many meanings depending on how one wants to use the word as noted in the definition of State above.
There are a few people who have said that the Emergency and War Power Act written into the Constitution was used by Roosevelt during 1933 to create certain laws that made us the enemy. This statement is true to the extent that Roosevelt made us the "enemy" of the Federal Reserve System. However, we have to go back further in History to find when these powers (Emergency Power /War Power) were first and subsequently used.

1.05. So basically under the laws of the consitution none of the founding father were allowed to sit in office as they were not born in U.S, they had not lived in the U.S for 14 years.

1787 U.S is created. To be president you have to be born in the U.S, over 35 and have lived in the U.S 14 years- First president could not have been really until 1822 minimum.

@099749 Yeah, well you remember they did know what to call him. At this point they certainly couldn't call him King and had they waited out the full 14 year cure time, at best, all Washington could do is appoint a President besides himself else that would be a conflict of interest. But if you don't obey your own rules for whatever reason then what? Well I think we're lookin' at it...

28,10- 1215 was king John, the pope innocent lll excommunicated him in 1207, in 1213 John came back into the church and

then in 1214 the pope told the people of Britian that "anyone who tried to over throw John would be legally entitled to do so" The Barons rebelled and after defeating John then forced John to sign the Magna Carta in 1215, in the august of 1215 the pope declares the Magna Carta null and void.

At the begging of 1215 John pledge himself to the church as a crusader.

Yeah, Neither the king or the Pope wanted it, the Barons did so they could have more protections, they forced him, no-one liked John really.

It came into law in 1225 but not in full, and was changed and past later 1295 as stated before.

The 1100 ad "Charter of libertines" is really the piece of law that caused it all, if Henry l, had not passed it, then the Barons would have had no past legal framework of protections to work from, Henry l, is the king to thank really.

Basically to get the Popes support against the barons, which didn't work as four months later they had defeated John and forced the magna carta to be signed.

Note that both John and the Pope were against the Magna Carta. even thou much of the laws had already been passed a 100 years earily in the 1100 "Charter of libertines" by Henry l, which is why it eventually became law 1225 and then amended in 1295 as "The Great Charter of libertines & something about a forest thingy"
