@sugardaddy4032 Well there isn't any law that says exactly how slowly you should drive in icy conditions and there isn't any way of telling how fast the driver was actually going.So you wouldn't have any case in court considering that the guy was walking on the road(not allowed).The driver would just say "I did my best to try and avoid him,but because of the ice I just couldn't do it in time".Trust me,there is absolutely nothing you can do to the driver in court(that's why he walked away).
