what is this supposed teach? just the opposite, it shows man working like slave end of video that same as what deaf people have deal now and history, shame this video

The characters in the video are not deaf. The video was made using emphasis on expression and the situation for viewing by a deaf audience. The plot indicates unethical behavior by a manager treating one employee very differently from another. To further emphasize this, the employee being mistreated is actually the better worker. You may have misunderstood the purpose and context of this video.
