  • I work with pregnant women through their pregnancies and their entire birth to help ensure a safe birth. I did not see anything this professional woman doing that put her baby in danger. Sitting on the couch eating ice cream and chips for nine months is what puts babies in danger.

  • @mcclaff100 .thanks for your support.you are about the only person on you tube who has a brain and relizes what is going on.cheers,from the babies mum and dad.p.s.he is now 9 mnths old,strong healthy and has never been sick a day in his life.

  • Damn, your pregnant...just take it easy. I know that health-wise its okay to workout while your pregnant if you worked out prior to becoming pregnant, but I think you should give your body a little bit of a break, she looks too small for 37 weeks...

  • i have trained for 10 years like this,and have now had 2 babies.one at 81/2 lbs and one at 7 lbs.i look small cause i'm not fat like most other pregnant women in the western world.both babies are strong and v. healthy.thanks for caring but...

  • Very inspiring! I stopped bodybuilding 3 years ago due to pregnancy, and then had another baby a year and a half after the first...(training hard in between pregnancies).. I want 1 more baby and this really shows that I can continue training while pregnant! Which I should have done anyways knowing that most movements don't put stress on the baby.. Hard to find info on pregnant bodybuilders.. thanks!!

  • Is there a cutoff to this, though? Like not in the last month/week of the 9 months? is it work-out related like curls are fine but squats are hazardous?

  • this is just awesome u go girl prior to pregnancy i took bellydancing classes and worked out and i still do it this definately gives me incentive and u look awesome by the way
