Athlete backpedals from center cone, keeping center of gravity low and forward to ease the transition to a forward sprint when breaking. Used late in workout to condition and challenge proper change of direction technique while athlete is fatigued.
@u2fan14 theres 2 techniques...the technique he uses deion sanders made popular, you get out of your break alot faster by shuffling, instead of stopping on one foot, gaining yourself and starting all over again. you wont break your toes if you're doing it right. get that footwork right!

Totally wrong he is going to break his toes breaking like that you break with your foot at a 45 degree angle. A former NFL corner taught me that
