Nice video, I like the fact you are encouraging people to use CSS 3 but I find that your arguments are very flaky.
For example your saying, use CSS3 to enhance your pages vs trying to get everything to look exactly the same in all browsers.
These aren't two arguments that are in question, the arguments should be, use CSS3 to enhance pages vs getting pages to look great in all browsers.
There and benefits and negatives to both, but you don't give the other side a fair comparison.
