Water transmission plus land transmission. Complete nut and bolt restoration at a professional Amphicar restoration shop. All original equiptment manufactured parts. All components in power train are new or rebuilt with original equiptment manufactured parts. Numbers matching Triumph Herald engine with a two part Porsche transmission. Only 90 miles since restoration. US Coast Guard approved. This Amphicar is a sold, rare, and in immaculate condition. Regatta red with a white top and white and gray interior.   • They were and excellent boat. In 1968, they came out with emmissions controls, which would have added $3000 to the price (1968 price, equivilant to how much now?). They stopped productions because it was not cost effective to ship them to the US. They were an excellent boat, especially for islanders.
