Yeah...the people that are super super big in the high 200 lbs thing lose weight effortlessly for a long time. It melts off when you're that big...anyone smaller usually wouldn't have a chance in competitions like that :P

Wow! You are an inspiration! I just started today and I am feeling it....I need to be back to the weight I was when I met and married my husband too....two kids later and here I am. How long have you been on the program? I am just wondering how long it will take me to lose 80 pounds! UGH!!!
