The Ragna was a new player and barely knew what was up. Like the fact that he could have broken the TBuster whenever it was comboed into.

Honestly, as someone who hates grab characters and has played the game, I'd say if anything it doesn't do ENOUGH damage. Don't agree? Watch some more videos of this game. You should realize that both players are rather new and that Ragna (being a rush down character) probably has a bad match vs Tiger anyway (similar to how Sol is bad vs Potemkin).
