  • His legs are too close together, if he was lifting any kind of weight he'd be very unbalanced. Wider leg stance also stops the knees buckling inwards, which is bad for them. Also, his back is only straight for about one second at 1:08, then he starts looking down which is fucking terrible as it curves the top of the back.

    If you're gonna make an instruction video, do it properly. Maybe he should've tried actually lifting some weights beforehand. His technique is pretty poor.
