To all the Form police, go and fcuk yourselves. you can go ahead and be form crazy all you want, then you can end up looking like mr manny castro here with his wonderful physique. it takes hardcore blood and guts to play with the big boys, if you're afraid of putting your body to strain, go and jump around on some exercise balls or do those little pink dumbbells
I've been saying the same thing for almost 20 years! To handle real weight and build real muscle mass, you have to cheat. That doesn't mean throwing the weights without control. When I train, I may use cheating, but I'm always in control. And one more thing is why the hell does everyone nowadays start their bent rows so high? Your upper body should be almost parallel to the floor in the start and can raise up a bit during your rep. Better power and lat involvement.
