I used AVIcodec and GSpot but i do not understand it.
It took me 2 hours to figure out that divx is ment by fourcc code.
I want to know how to tell which codecs i already have and which ones i have to download.

Could you explane to me how i can get my video output file working?
It used to work before.
I used proshow to create a video and used a divx codec for the output file.
Suddenly with this particular clip i seem to be missing codecs for playing the outputted file?
I get this message
VLC isnt capable to recognize the structure. See Log
I don't even know where to find a log.

This is exactly the kind of video I'm looking for right now. I loved everything exept that "drop" noise everytime a topic popped up. It is too "bassy".

Well done. I learned a lot, thanks.

As a teacher who has to teach this for the first time this year (a small part of a much bigger subject) this is amazing. Thanks!

Great video! Just started getting into video encoding as I learned I could watch my home dvd collection via my Roku. I have a lot to learn and this video gives you a great starting point. Thanks again for taking the time to put this together.
What an AMAZING video! It is obvious you spent a lot of hours on this! Very nice indeed great job!

no. bytes is for storage. bits is for streaming and data transfer.
