@fahadmuneeb if its tiny like a spot under the skin its probably just a cyst. ive had one before and the doctor told me its nothing! but i was shitting myself before i went to get it checked. you should keep checking it to make sure it dont get any bigger! and rethink the idea about not going to a doctor even if just to put your mind at rest.
