My Fastest Bluegrass Motorsports Park Mustang Run III

My Fastest Eye Candy Run III - it's very decieving with the camera & speed, i don't think we got below 65mph and my accelerometer showed we took several turns pulling .8g+ (with street tires) This was taken September 11th, 2009 at Sparta Kentucky at the Bluegrass Motorsports Park 2.5 mile road track, the Derby City Mustang Club held its annual SIP September in the Park at General Butler state Park in Carrollton, ky - we got to make runs at the new track thats not open to the public yet. a few pics at the end, look for my photos from the event!

@gurlsingerfan The National Corvette Musem, is getting ready to start building a much bigger road course, across i65. That would be even closer to you in e-town... only about 40 miles. Blugrass Motorsports park, seems to have become defunct. Could be another 1-2 years before they open the track. The Corvette track could be done next year, or possibly the year following.

So, what's your review of Kentucky's first real road course? I love the area up there, I would be willing to get a place up around Warsaw just to play on the track and the river...what a spot! I am from down in Hardin County KY, Elizabethtown area so not that far away...:-)
