Where's my Love - Oliver [Vocaloid Cover]

I have Oliver! I got it a couple of days ago with the Vocaloid Otaku offer and decided to make him sing this song because I thought it would fit him. V3 is hard to use, especially since I didn't buy the full editor (17 bars is short T_T). And then I noticed that V3 doesn't export vsq (and V2 doesn't open vsqx). This kind of suck, is there a way to convert it?
I made the instrumental from the original version by removing the vocals, hence the crappiness of it.
Obviously it's my first time with Oliver or V3 so please be nice. Tips and constructive comments are welcome.
