I had Earlobe Reconstruction, and since I did not find a lot of resources on the internet when I was looking into this, I thought I would give others a glimpse into why I had it done, how much it cost me, and what the outcome was.

im 12 years old and i hate my earlobes.I dont have the same problem as you but my earlobes are huge. (i was born with big fat earlobes) My mom and dad would like to know how old you have to be to have this kind of surgery. How much did you have to pay?

@livelovelaugh417 -- Hey there. I paid $1100, but since your ears don't have gaping holes in them it would be different I'm sure. As far as how old you have to be... I think that will be determined by your doctor and parents. Your parents could probably sigh a waiver anytime, but your doctor might recommend that you wait a few years since you're only 12 right now. But who knows. Good luck with whatever you all decide.

Great video! I'm expecting to have this done within a year or two so I can enlist in the US Air Force. My lobes are at 1 1/4", so hopefully I will still be able to have them repaired and they will look alright..
