The fully decked, south-facing garden has a barbecue/fire pit and inviting lounger the perfect spot for a beer after a day on the beach. Water sports and golfing devotees will appreciate the secure shed for storing wet suits, boards, golf clubs, etc and brackets for mounting kite buggies and other equipment. And after a hard day on the beach, there is no shortage of indoor entertainment including a 42″ plasma TV.
