Fort Lauderdale District III Commissioner Magdalene Lewis talks about her top priorities

Magdalene Lewis, who was appointed to Carlton Moore's seat last fall on the Fort Lauderdale City Commission, talks about three neighborhoods she says need to be annexed. However, the two she mentions in this video, Durrs and Home Beautiful, are already in the city. "Durrs is in the city but not annexed,'' she said.

"I have not committed them to memory but I know which ones they are,'' she said.
Lewis said some residents feel City Hall has neglected them, but she blames a communication gap.
