Hardcore Guitar Lesson - Fast Rhythm Style

Hello everybody. This is a short but sweet rhythm guitar video focusing on a fast hard-core idea. I tuned my guitar down to B standard on the Morpheus pedal. Gibson SG was plugged into my Line 6 Tone Port UX-1.

This is a good one for novice guitarists since it builds stamina and coordination. Practice the idea slowly and focus on listening to the rhythm as opposed to watching too much. Rhythm is all about internalizing. It cannot be thought about. Listening repeatedly will help a lot and get the idea into your mind as you practice.

I dont understand how t tun my guitar oDown to B Std... I just have a boss tuner, and I use the flats... sometimes 1 flat... smetimes 2 or 3 flats... what does the down B std means then??

It sounds like those silly metalcore "riffs". Imo, if you are downtunning much, the end result is noise, not music.
