There's a part missing in here. I know cuz my dad had taped this a LONG time ago and I watched it over and over and it was about how him and his friends were driving home drunk and the guy who did the most drinking did the driving and when they dropped him off at his house they sped down the street when they left and he made that 30 second car noise
