In education news, Islamic schools for women thrive in Pakistan. The Al-Huda school offers classes on the meaning of the Holy Qu'ran, using Urdu and English translations. It has branches throughout Pakistan, as well as in Canada, the United States, and other countries. Both diploma courses for women and the possibility to sit in on the lectures at the students' convenience are provided. Founded by Dr. Farhat Hashmi, (NFT: PhD, female) Al-Huda (which means "Guidance" in Arabic) schools have been operated by women from the start. Our sincere appreciation, Dr. Farhat Hashmi and all Al-Huda members, for your valuable efforts to gain wisdom from the Holy Qu'ran. May the benevolent light of Allah continue to bring peace and joy to our world.
