This is a controlled test. A shipping container is filled with waterfalls and ignited all at once. A waterfall is like a sparker which the sparks fall 10-20 feet. They are hung on a wire, which when ignited give a waterfall effect. This is what happens if something were to go wrong in storage. This is why pyrotechnics aren't for sissies.

  • Today there is a lot of new Non Explosives (How my God, that fucking Lie) based in these formulations

    The best of them are the Mexican "Pyroblast-C" (search more info here in Youtube)

    These product are not more than 70/30 KClO4/bright small Aluminium flake and a little of Boric Adid as pH buffer.

    The above formulation is the same that can you find in the old pyro book's

  • Almost all people think that fontains and Cascades powder formulae are less ofensive (dangerous) but the trully is straight inverse.

    These formulations do not contains the good ratio between combustible/oxidizer but are very good in termic transmission (metalic excess). Is these that make occurs the transition (burnning-deflagration-detonat­ion) at each 1ºC more the decomposition reaction increases exponencially (one zero per degree - ex : + 3ºC =10^3x =1000 faster reaction)
