Welcome to the second series of The Legend of Zelda DS walkthrough videos. This walkthrough is played by me and is specially made for you! As you can see, the quality of the video is far more superior than my first walkthrough video for The Legend of Zelda Phantom Hourglass, this way you can watch in ease and feel as though you are playing the game with me xD

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Once you arrive at the Tower of Spirits, talk to Anjean and walk up the stairs like before but this time Princess Zelda notices that there is now another staircase available higher up. Walk all the way up to this higher area and enter the 4th floor of the Tower of Spirits.

-4th Floor-

Immediately upon entering, a short scene will appear and youll see two phantoms as well as the locations of the three Tears of Light. Using the Whirlwind stand south of the lava area and send the Tear of Light flying North. Maneuver around the Phantom, utilizing the purple safe zones if you need to and collect the first Tear of Light!

The second Tear of Light is found in the top right corner and is simple to get hold of. Simply follow the path, watching out for the gaze of the phantoms, which can see you from pretty far away. Wait for the fire statues to stop blowing fire and get the Tear of Light in the Safe Zone.

The third Tear of Light is located on the left side of the map. There's a phantom patrolling the top path, so take the lower path. However, there's a line of fire on this left side that does not go away! You'll notice, however, that the phantoms will continually walk through the fires, so what you need to do is wait for the enemy phantom to be standing in front of the fire along the top path, and this will allow Link to quickly run past the fire and collect the final Tear of Light!

Since the sword is powered up with the Tear of Lights, lure one of the two Phantoms towards you and quickly run into the purple safe zone and attack the Phantoms back once the Phantom gives up on finding Link. Once the Phantom get stunned, quickly tap on the Phantom and once again Princess Zelda will be able to take control of the Phantom! The princess will quickly comment that she can withstand incredible heat as a Phantom.

Before moving on to the plum of lava, youll see there is a treasure chest just to the right of where you got the first Tear of Light. Open up that treasure chest to get a random piece of treasure.

Now just south of that treasure chest, youll notice a large area of lava and if Link tries to run across, he will burn himself. However, the metal body of the phantom can walk through the lava unharmed. Utlizing the help of Princess Phantom Zelda, send the phantom into the lava but keep the phantom close in range for Link to hop ontop of Princess Phantom Zelda. From here, Link will be crouching on the Phantoms massive shield. Control the phantom and carry Link over to the right side and back onto the surface. Tap the ground and Link will jump off the phantom. Run around the corner and head up the stairs to get to the 5th floor.

-5th Floor-

In this floor, you will find more lava, so send the phantom into the lava and using the stylus, simply tap onto the Phantom so that Link will be ontop of the Phantom. Walking through the burning hot lava, you will notice that there are two turbines, using the Whirlwind blow onto the microphone to get them moving. Once you get those two turbine moving, walk across the lava to the left side and youll notice a big treasure chest, in this treasure chest you will get 100 more rupees!

Walk up the stairs and continue to your left. Youll notice that an enemy is located at the bottom left part of the map. Its nothing more than a pesky shy yellow spinut. Using both Link and Princess Phantom Zelda, trap the yellow spinut and once cornered, slash it with your sword and it will drop a small key! Pick up the small key and use it on the door above.

-6th Floor-

Once you enter, you will be greeted by a massive Geozard. Princess Zelda suggests that the two of you work together to defeat this beast. Using the stylus, trace some lines so that the massive Geozard can get distracted. While the phantom is hitting the geozard from the front, sneak around to the back and deliver several sword strikes of your own. Repeat this process until the beast is defeated.

Walk around the corners to get to the southwest portion of the map where you will find a Miniblin sitting on top of a moving statue that somewhat resembles an Armos statue from Phantom Hourglass. Unfortunately, the miniblin is too high for Link to be able to target him. There is a flame at the bottom of the room that is blocking the path. Move the phantom so that it stops the flame and then run past with Link.

  • how do u do the ds playing in camera so good? (no outside sounds, no accidental twitchment of the ds, just the screen still)

  • @Boltingflame

Very nice question, I use a DIY Tripod that I built for myself for recording DS games purposes. There is actually traffic sound but to minimize them, I maximize the volume on my DS so that my Digital camera focuses on that sound rather than other sound. The reason why the recording is so flawless is because I have done that part beforehand to save time for the audience, who likes people procrasinating =]

  • @Shingokickftw126 You have to go to Castle Town and play the game owned by the lady who looks like Jolene's Descendant. After you clear the Forest Temple you can risk life and limb to get an extra Heart Container by going through baddies and fighting the same boss again in the minigame.

  • gettin him 2 chase u was smart i woundnt think of tht

  • where u get another heart container beside the armored bug one?

  • @6799aaron

Fortunately no, I will be continuing this walkthrough on the 9th of June 2010. I had some problems with my camera and my ds is still faulty. Stay tune for updates if you like my channel =]

  • @NintendoGenForumsGX have u beaten the game yet?

  • @cyn9000 Thank you!

  • @GTVLeader Yes, I found out how to do it. Originally I was giving Zelda the bomb wrong, with the fuse already lit. You do have to give her a bomb but like this: pull out a bomb and tap Zelda while she's next to you. You'll hand over the bomb and it won't ignite! Direct Zelda to the destructible blocks to the north of the fire. Make sure a yellow X appears on the blocks and Zelda will destroy them.
