Braidwood Lake Tournament (3rd place with Big Fish of the day)

I placed 4th all together and got 3rd over all with 111 points. I managed to land a nice 1.13lb smallmouth which put me into 2nd at around 10:00 but then I dropped back down at about 11:00 by a 2.2lb bass caught on a rattle trap.

ahh braidwood, nice! i live on the kankakee river just caught a 3lb smallie last night! and by the right hand of god i was hooked into a 5-6lber and ANYONE who knows smallies here in illinois THATS big fish. lol

well my boats been in the shop for the past couple of days so i havent been able to get out but i caught my big fish i talked about previously on a firetiger Little Cleo spoon. small crankbaits in either firetiger or a crayfish pattern and if that doesnt work either a small 3-3.5 inch creature bait or a white curly tail grub with a white or red jighead
