we have obivously very different view about originality and innovation... for me, good improvement can be adding something new into music, not removing something old and in this case very principal... man, it's snare what we are talking about... it's like headstone of drums and drumloops...

I even admire him for making such a song on such a shit as a Beaterator is... only thing I said is that the track is missing some claps or snares... the song would be much better with it... drumloop without snare is like dnb without bassline... electronic music is everything that you made with electronic equipment like PC, controllers, mixers, MPC's and workstations in general and also PSP of course.... electronic music is divided to 7 basic categories... techno, jungle/dnb, house, hardcore, downtempo/ambient, trance and breakbeat which sub-genre is also hip hop... you can downvote me as you want but this track is missing a clap or snare...
