    The continued ignorance on addiction is as disheartening as the disease itself. As evidenced by some of the remarks here, regarding Ms. Houston's challenges. Please do yourself a huge favor and read David Sheff's "Clean". Very enlightening. While one is responsible for using even the first time, who becomes addicted or not isn't a "choice".
