I used the program sony video vegas 8.0 to make this video

if you use this program and are having trouble uploading it to youtube heres what i did.

1. make your video

2. now to upload sony vegas pro 8 videos to youtube


Goto File menu, choose Render As..

Set "Save as Type" to Windows Media Video (.wmv)
Set Template to 512 Kbps for low quality(*) or 3 Mbps for high quality.
Choose a file name and click Save.

A rendering dialog will appear. When it's done, the dialog box will remain on screen. Choose Open Folder and go directly into the folder where your video is saved. Upload the file and your done.

* Youtube has 2 playback formats. 320x240 (default) and 640x480 (High). If you prefer to upload a High quality video, a "Watch in high quality" button will appear below the video screen allowing the viewers to choose playback quality.
