Fred Lane and His Hittite Hot Shots - The French Toast Man

I used to record lots and lots of random stuff from the radio when I was younger. This was one such recording that for 20 or so years, I had no information about other than that it was most likely called "the French Toast Man". Now that I've done a bit of research on it, I have an artist as well. Since I haven't found another upload of this, I thought I'd post this mediocre copy. and at the same time, ask anyone watching this if you can direct me to where I can obtain a better copy of this.
