  • What a great video! Dorian looks like she is having fun with exercise. Almost makes me want to exercise...almost:)

  • Her knees are going over her toes, very dangerous and leads to injuries. I even double checked to make sure I wasn't mistaken and used a piece of paper at the tip of her toes covering her body and her knees came well out the other side.

    As for the squat, done with proper form, excellent exercise!!
