The Clarisonic is first and foremost a facial cleansing tool, but there are claims that it also improves wrinkles and more. Dr. Schultz will give you his take on this device, and what it is and isn't.

  • I'm not stingy, but is this really necessary or can I use a simple soft brush instead?

  • @fuertherbube I agree that a simple, soft brush combined with elbow grease is very effective.

  • i just got the clarisonic pro last week and have used it once a day, every day since. it seems that it has made my skin a little worse (a new cyst on my chin and 2 cysts/pustules on my forehead). i'm using it on speed to (normal) with a sensitive brush and gentle cetaphil (tho the cetaphil doesn't make my face feel cleam) and i apply differin .1% on my nose chin, and forehead.

what do you recomend. is that normal? should i lower the speed and use regular cetaphil or purpose?

    thanks

  • @MsBinkies: It is most unusual to get cysts from gentle cleansing. It would make sense to stop using the Clarisonic. If no new cysts come, then avoid the Clarisonic. If new cysts continue, see a dermatologist.

  • CAN YOU TALK ABOUT THE NEUTROGEN MICRODERMIBRATION SYSTEM PLEASE.I HAVE BEEN HEARING A LOT ABOUT IT LATELY.THANK YOU.BTW ALWAYS LOOK AT UR VIDS..ALWAYS HELPFUL :)

  • Has anyone had an allergic reaction after first time use? I used my Philosophy Purity cleanser that I always use to cleanse my face. But immediately after using the Clarisonic Mia, my face was covered in the tiniest bumps that resembled goose bumps. And my whole face was itchy. I don't think it was a purge, as these were not acne like bumps. I have never had an allergic reaction on my face, and I've tried every beauty cream/cleanser out there. Could I be allergic to the brush bristles?

  • Wait. Does it actually do all the things it says it does or not?

  • Huh... I was sure it exfoliates my skin. I bought the smaller (and much cheaper!) one and I've noticed a big difference in my skin...

  • After viewing this video and reading all of the comments, I disagree with this Dr's commentary on this product. It is AMAZING! It does exfoliate, especially when used twice per day. It does make your skin smoother and balancing skin tone. It's worth the money with ALL we pay on gimmicks and the like. I think some dermatologist's aren't fond of it because they didn't some up with the idea to profit from. If this guy had any stock or investment involved with Clarisonic he would not be on here!

  • PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO A VIDEO ON CLINIQUE PRODUCTS!

  • LOVE THIS VIDEO THANK YOU!!!

  • You are the man.

  • How does it clean and increase product absorption without exfoliating? Doesn't make sense.
