the picture frame monsters are in SH4, i think theyre in the city level, at the end.
SH4 is about a guy trapped in his room, but he is able to travel to different dimensions and creepy realms of Silent Hill, and SH4 pretty much wraps up the Walter Sullivan story.

If you're a die hard Silent Hill fan, the new one is an acquired taste. I personally like it, but i know some of my SH fan friends do NOT like it.
