@fanofnormalclips I've heard -chan used for small boys too. Onee-chan and Onii-chan for sister/brother or vise versa from what I understand.

I've never heard someone say Oni-kun.

I've also heard females refer to one another as -kun say for non-close friends (whom I suspect did not give permission to use their non-family names or something. I don't carry too much interest in who calls whom what however.)
