  • BUT if you CAN afford to buy Larry's albums, I guess you should. I have been slack on that, since they seem expensive wherever I found them (in 1996, I seen a copy of In Another Land on cd for $40 in Calgary,Alberta! )

Anyone who has links to Larry bootlegs, please write me,and let me know if it is ok to pass on links to others who write comments.

  • There are a couple sites out there where you can find Larry's albums for free. The manager from the punk/metal band,The Crucified,Tim Anderson, got me to listen to Norman, Randy Stonehill, Mark Heard, and others, and I will always owe him an immense gratitude.

  • Thank you for posting this! From 2:17 on it is particularly great. God bless you.

I'm pretty sure Larry is well known where it counts: I look forward to seeing him there.

  • What a real Human Being....He lived with Grace indeed.

  • Larry's I Am A Servent is a beautiful, heart-touching song for all believers. I love his willingness to be open and honest and admit his weaknesses, which we ALL have, but he was humble and not impressed with himself to the point of acknowledging that without Jesus, we are all messed up and lost! Thank you for being real and giving so much to the Christian world.

A lover of Larry's music since my teens (1970's)

  • good answer

  • When I was 16 (1974) I heard his music for the first time. I was unintrusive (not the usual propaganda hype) and it really communicated. Back then I was listening to Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Stephen Stills and his songs were pretty spaced out. I liked it. Sometimes I still like to listen to his music.

  • I've heard before that Larry influenced The Who to write Tommy. He should really have been better known.
