This is a 100% stock Crawler King. Thought I'd doing a little testing before I started the upgrades. By the way the song is - Open Your Eyes by Guano Apes.

I just bought this crawler, AND just ordered the Axial ax10 Scorpion. My initial impression is that the servo, as you've said, is lackluster. The nice part of this crawler is that the rear axle, although locked, can EASILY be either tied in to the front steering, OR, set on another channel with a second servo, to trun the rear wheels. Either way, I suggest a high tourque servo. I will be posting fpv video of my crawler with a new bright Jeep Rubicon body, as it is very very detailed, soon.

Moving the steering servo would be a good idea i think..i just got one of these trucks the land rover and i didn't like that it didn't have a drag brake..so i upgraded to a novak rooster crawler esc and motor. i will be posting vids of it soon.

Yes Tedro, theres a ton of upgrade parts for the crawler king. That was one of the selling points for me.

Well the steering servo is mounted all the way to the rear of the rig. You loose a ton of power by the time it gets to the front. Plus its all plastic.

Well I have trimmed the body (the fender flares have to go). Also I'm looking into moving the steering servo to the front axle. You'll see when you get it.
