Cabinet minister William Ruto the most vocal critic of the proposed constitution says Kenyans should be given a free hand to vote for or against the proposed constitution. Ruto claims that the proposed set of laws are being forced on Kenyans.

These Idiots are so dishonest.Nyanza,Central,parts of Eastern don't  fair any better in County distribution.The bottomline is that while 15% or so of the budget will go to the counties,the actual county allocation will be based on a population, geographical and dev. ratio.By the way Jirongo you still owe Kenyans Billions you litterally took from Post Bank.On a lighter side these guys should have been entertained by the late Nyongesa's hit Dina(Tina) Kakosa.Those in the know(NO) know what I mean

surely, changàa is banned but its the most consumed alcohol beverages than any other type of beer or spirits in our country it has killed people slowly or just done what its called by the old boys KILL ME QUICK. The land Chapter and specificaly ethnicization of land ownership plus these ethnic mini majimbos called counties will be the waterloo of this country and a cause for instability for many years to come if this constitution passes.....these issues are real...with grey areas and lack of interpretation of ancestral lands issues..land clashes will be severe given support in law.These arears MUST be ironed out first for the sake of the future.Its not just simple Matter of YES and NO.
