Obama said"past crimes cannot be prosecuted because of tainted evidence."what he says is worse, even though we cannot prosecute because we don't have evidence, we will hold them without evidence. This is already fine to do since 01. The department of homeland security has the right to detain anyone for suspicion just like in the video here.. indefinate detention. This started with THE PATRIOT ACT which was supposed to be TEMPORARY.. but as you can see laws and ways are being made to make sure the rights given to the government in the Act are KEPT.. even though those rights suspend our constitutional rights. Many have been imprisoned already w no evidence. And many are Americans. (Help)
