Muslims should remember that when debating Christians, there are three main groups according to belief: Catholic, Orthodox and Protestant.

I think that much of the time in "debunking" Christianity, Muslims focus on Protestant theology. Especially when it comes to being "saved by faith in Jesus Christ alone". And, Protestant theology also believes the Bible *alone* is the source of God's truth.

Catholics and Orthodox see salvation like Muslims do. We are saved by our works, not just faith.

Thank you both for your explanations, I think its interesting to hear these teachings and opinions as I'm a Christian who is also studying Islam. Although I feel that some points regarding Christian beliefs on salvation are too vauge and in certain circumstances, incorrect I found this helped me a great deal in understanding Muslim beliefs and teachings. These can be said for other traditions also. Islam is based not on its morals, but its rational way of life. One God, eternal, created all, not part of His creation, not in need of it, not begotten nor begets and none compares unto Him, sent prophets throughout to deliver one religion to all His creation, with texts and miracles and one final message being universal (Quran). Salvation: wroship him alone (as He prescribed), and when you err, simply repent. All will die, resurrected and accounted.

I always notice the christians & athiest people on Islamic Lecture Videos with alot of evil hate..know i dont watch christian videos or athiest videos but i highly doubt there are muslims on those videos with Hate..this is how you know Islam is the the only true Religion!!! Through out the Bible, obedience is very important to God. From reading the Bible and my own personal experience, I know that disobedience leads to destruction in this life, or consequences. Tell me this, how can we ever live up to His standard of holiness?
