@theone1087 wait wait, if u look at the test u can see her turn is always after the males turn, u can also see that she delivers a ''smarter'' punch, fir instance on the living dummy the male did only a hook and did not made steps for it, the female did a straight punch wich is harder than a hook and she made a 3 meter walk for it.
this also counts for the mechanic dummy, the male doesnt move a foot, while she made a whole journy to accelarate, this test was just to pamper the womans ego:P

sport science never does these tests right the guy stood there and did a quick hook where the woman took a step forward with a right straight not to mention how much smaller her gloves were, not trying to sound sexist but men can punch harder, they need to redo this test again and do it properly

they put the greatest female boxer around vs some chump nobody's ever heard of, they both are wearing two different types of gloves, and most importantly he threw a JAB (the weakest punch in the arsenal) and she the LEFT HOOK perhaps the most deadly punch in the arsenal.
not exactly a fair comparison but who needs a bitchy woman running around if it shuts them up let them beleive they hit as hard as men, just aslong they don't try to fight a male than it's all good.
