Transportation Funding in Pennsylvania:
How Public-Private Partnerships Can Improve Services and Save Money
Geoffrey Segal, director of government reform at the Reason Foundation, discussed how other states are utilizing public-private partnerships, competitive contracting, and alternative financing to address transportation problems. Segal recently served as an advisor to Florida Gov. Jeb Bush's Center for Efficient Government and advised Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels's transportation reform efforts.
