Hello Loy Moves took Phnom Penh by surprise again in seven locations from morning until evening: 10am at Cambodian Mekong University, 1:30pm at Panasastra University and 3pm at National University of Management, 5pm at Total Gas Station near Sorya Bus Station, 6pm at Caltex Station in front of Rock, 7pm at Hellopoint Phnom Penh Center and 8pm at Koh Pich near Lucky Burger.

Aside from wowing passersby and onlookers, the dance crew had an additional
message about Hello's previously top-secret new price plan: talk all you can from 10pm until 6pm for only 400 riel per day or only $2 per month.
