@JameZCody I've been tuning efi since 1988 so there is def not a problem there... and we don't even use chips... And carbs are for those who want them. As this customer wanted.... We could have use a super victor with injectors and did the exact same thing but customer wanted carb...

I see some strange questions here. Any tips on tuneing my Carby, Carby back to EFI, EFI Pumps, Carby Regulators!!! WTF. You guys seem to answer your own questions. I see lots of advantages with EFI and the Air that we all breath. Carby's are a loose Cannon and they Pollute the Enviroment. With poor combustion. EG: Undetected Un-burnt fuel and poor fuel usage. Its a bit like going from Blue Ray back to VHS. Who would want to do that!! Pay $120.00 and have your EFI checked by a Pro. Easy Ha!!!

can I convert an already converted carb engine back to efi if i have all the original parts? i dont see why not, but just making sure

Any tips on tuning my carburetor on my truck for better fuel efficiency? I know it's possible to get it better gas mileage if I tune it right.

just wondering what were the specs on this motor, cubic in, cam, heads, intake, carb, and compression?

@bootyman234 i beleive holcomb sells one to regulate the stock pump i thought i seen one in there catalog

When that nitrous kicks in the car perks up! Cool vid.

@MHM4V3R1CK I appreciate your time sir and now I am straight on what I need to do. Best of success with your future projects.

@bootyman234 Out of curiosity i tried this. It doesn't work. You need a low pressure - high volume pump. The EFI pump puts out about 40psi. A carb pump like the Holley Blue puts out about 14psi, then it is regulated down to 7psi for the carb. A carb regulator just cant regulate that far down.

@Big23DaddyProduction I appreciate the come back sir. I suppose I will just go with a holly red and go ahead with my conversion. My Lincoln is almost 24 years old, at which time I will only need to pass a safety inspection. Check out my vid (Hot rod Lincoln 2.AVI) so you can see my insane Mad Max mobile.

All arguments aside I want a carb. I am sick and tired of trying to find out why and which fuckin sensor is trippin. I need to know from someone out there if I can regulate my in-tank pump or if it produces more psi than a regulator can handle. Why have I not heard of anyone doing it?

carbs are proven to make more power at lower rpm and have a more broad power ban. cuel injection wins in gih rpm but not by more than a few horses. why not carb?

@ghettosmirnoff So I guess you all build more engines and tune more cars then I do. truth is Fuel injection provides better low end and part throttle driving characteristics. You must view all aspects of the two. The automization of a injector is better especially because it sprays right into the cylinder. Air inlet then becomes the issue on a FI applications. Pro Stock has been testing fuel injection for years and are happy with the results. A draw back on FI is ready made intakes

Once agian, why in the hell would you remove fuel injection for a carb, that is just stupid. Unless you are towing that car around to race it at differant elivations, and you need the tuneability, its a wasted mod!!!

@dirtyscruggs that's your only personal feeling which you shouldn't force on anyone else. This is a free country still and people are entitled to build their cars the why they want too. Does not Pro Stock tune their cars for all different elevations... Your remarks are stupid..
