I just wanted to comment on this, there IS certification to pregnancy massage and you had better check with your state board because most DO REQUIRE certification. I know NC does.

I specialize in pregnancy massage, some of my clients who are on their first trimester have referrals from their doctors. Just make sure you focus on the upper body and avoid using too much pressure. Avoid ankles, don't put pressure on the big toe (pituitary gland). Many pregnant women have stiff shoulder and migraine during this early stage of pregnancy, massage alleviates their discomfort. Practice....Practice...Practic

thank you so much! :D I made this youtube account to post videos of my dog, so the name is slang for "Goo Goo the dog". I probably need to make a normal one lol. Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my questions! I find all of your videos very helpful :D I get tongue tied too lol. I do plan to take the CEU for preg massage, I am a nerd and a book worm and I have to study and restudy things and make sure I have it down 200% we are both massage nerds, I hope we can talk more. thanks!

It's o.k. as long as they are not high risk, then you would have to get permission from their doctor. There are three trimesters.
