klx250sf 0-60 & top out

Got this bike last week, it replaced my 05 R1. All stock as of now.
First few runs only did 9sec 60s
This run is 7.3 as indicated but is accually only 7.9 due to speedo off.

@tibuflavius ...I would take the yamaha if I could rebuy. I bought the KLX because it looks better imo and was only 3 grand. The yammy has more power. But if I was go back and choose again, i would take the wr because there is a turbo kit already out for it. Ive already converted my klx to efi, ordering the turbo itself tomorrow. I hope it works out ok or im at a big loss.

The wr has 290 big bore kits and/or turbo kits availible

The klx has 351 bb kits and nothing more..apart from exhaust

@Jon5824 no not really...if you mean jumpin back while twisting the throttle, then yea it will come up . But if u just sit there, it wont pick up. Dump the clucth will bring it up easy. A roll-on dump(quick twist on throttle) in 2nd is best.

What's your body weight? Also, were you upright or tucking in when this video was taken?

@sunsets25 it is just fine, really. Semi's dont really bother me. I have done 75mph for 40miles straight on the interstate without a problem...but I would say 65-70 is the much better cruising speed. 60-80 is normal for flying around curves
