  • ive noticed that after a few times of doing this I can do all the exercises with more control. cause before all the exercises were really sloppy and stuff but now its a lot more gracefull and controlled. Thank you cassy for giving me abs!

  • Cassy you have no idea how thankfull I am for you. I do ballet and from the start I didnt have very good ab muscles, or even butt muscles. and then boom, I found you. Instead of having to not only pay for my ballet classes and the pilates classes they offer your here for me. I have gained soo much muscle in the past few months, Ive noteced my ballence getting better and even my turns are getting better because i have a stronger core. And your so motivational. Thankyou sooo much!
