I have a crazy back arch when I do the laying down moves. I cant keep my back flat to the floor so in the lower part it curves up and it starts to hurt with lift my legs up and down. What can I do to fix that?

dont worry same here.
But for weights you can use full water bottles or can goods.
For workout ball use a stiff pillow.
For the yoga block just get like a book or small box.
N i think thats all haha. :)
